Iron Tom has a right to be offended by your venom. You are one who
contributes almost nothing to this newsgroup. Fat Tom reads the
literature daily. He shares his selections with the group, citing
authors,
dates, publication, symposium location, et cetera. At first I thought
he
was an iron nutrient fanatic, but the truth is he will attack iron
supplements
and therapies when appropriate.
While the rest of us sift the trash bins in the post office lobby for
JAMA,
Cardiology Review, and even the monthly PDR, what are you doing for
medical literature? NOTHING. You don't read. You don't study. You
don't share the literature. All you do is bitch at those who do read,
do study
and do share their little gems and discoveries. All you do is titrate
every
painkilling medication available and then you give us the details
about it.
Okay that's fine and that info has its place. But you need to chill
and get
out of the way of those who take the flow of medical information
seriously
and enthusiastically. GET OFF IRON TOM'S BACK.
